For broadband services, physical installation may be carried out at the customer's location by our authorized technicians as part of the service activation process.
All OTT subscriptions and video platform access are delivered digitally and typically activated within a few minutes of successful payment and verification. Customers will receive confirmation via email or SMS once the subscription or service is successfully activated.
All payments made on the platforms operated by KAD SYSCON INFOTECH, including but not limited to SpeedoBroadband, SpeedoTV, SpeedoPrime, and SpeedoTube, are non-refundable.
Once a transaction is completed and the service is activated, we are unable to offer refunds, whether partial or full, under any circumstances. This includes cases of:
In rare cases of technical failure (e.g., payment deducted but service not activated), customers may contact our support team within 24 hours of the transaction. Such issues will be reviewed, and if validated, appropriate corrective action will be taken.
KAD SYSCON INFOTECH does not offer order cancellations once a payment has been made and the service has been initiated or activated.
For broadband connections, cancellation after technician dispatch or installation scheduling will not be eligible for refunds.
For OTT subscriptions and streaming access, cancellation is not allowed once the subscription is active.
